Manage Student Finance from Fee generation to Collection
Fee structure encompasses various fee components at both the university and program levels. It includes campus-wise, program-wise, and year-wise fee structures, categorized based on different criteria. The fee structure is maintained in the appropriate currency and sourced from relevant data sources such as academics, student welfare, placements, and finance. It also takes into account discount structures, waivers, scholarships, and financial aids. Date-wise revisions ensure that fee-related changes are accurately reflected. Effective fee structure management supports transparency, facilitates financial planning, and enables efficient fee collection processes.
The raise demands feature allows accounts department to raise fee demand based on their preferences for a semester or program, hostel accommodation or transportation. It operates on an automated system, allowing demands to be raised semester-wise and batch-wise. Certain service requests may be associated with a fee, and students can initiate the demand process manually. The feature captures details specific to the student, batch, and program. It also supports the reversal of demands and enables adjustments such as creating instalments or changing due dates. Additionally, it accommodates multiple currencies for international students or diverse payment options.
The collection feature streamlines various aspects of student engagement and assessment. It enables online payment through a Fee portal integrated with Business Central and Payment gateways.
